Boss Dawg, a gourmet hotdog concept by chef Gabriel Cher, is the latest addition to RASA's rotating food programme. Chef Cher, the former head chef of Potato Head and Sky Lido, brings his 20 years of culinary expertise across street food and fine dining to elevate the humble hotdog.
These aren't just any hotdogs. The Rasa Sayang, created exclusively for RASA Hall, echoes the soul of Southeast Asia with its sweet, sour, and spicy notes drawn from classic Malay, Indian and Tze Char flavours. On the menu, you'll find seven loaded hotdogs – chicken and beef – alongside five bar bites that are more than mere accompaniments.
