In its new genesis, Bussy Temple invites 60 femmes, non-binary, and queer individuals to an intimate gathering steeped in ritual, strangeness, and tenderness. By intentionally limiting the space to a small group, they aim to create an atmosphere of slowness and care where participants can connect deeply.
At the heart of the event is a tea ritual crafted in their style—centered on softness and quiet transformation. Guests will experience two premium teas thoughtfully chosen by the hosts, served alongside curated teacups and tools. Together, they will explore the practice of tea, embracing its rhythms, stillness, and symbolism as a shared journey.
Accompanying this will be Bussy Temple’s programming in new forms: experimental ambient soundscapes and live performances, guided meditation, poetry steeped in longing and yearning, and a surprise Butoh performance that slips between dimensions.
